In this grand epic, there are chosen Main Characters blessed with plot armor, and then there are the 'Footnotes' as the billions of ordinary souls fated to suffer and die just to move the plot forward. Julian is an ordinary archivist who possesses a cursed trait: the ability to read the world’s upcoming Drafts. He knows the exact page where his own life is scheduled to end as a nameless casualty. Accepting his fate, he waits for the end.
